Self-polishing antifouling Venox Super red Baseggio 15L

Description

Self-polishing patent with high load of copper and other particular additives, suitable for hot seas and in difficult conditions. Its "antifouling" power gives a good result of 12 months with thicknesses of 100-120 microns dry. Ideal for working speed boats of wood, iron and fiberglass with speed up to 20 knots.

Preparation of the surface and application cycle

Helmets in new iron.On iron blasting to grade 2.5 apply a coat of EPOFOND AM-9 Red bicomponent, allowing to dry. Apply after 2layers of EPOFOND AM-9 Gray and a layer of SOLVER PRIMER. Apply after 2-3 coats of VENOX SUPER antifouling, always respecting the recommended overcoating times between coats p>

New wooden helmetsApply 1 coat of LIGNUM IMPREGNANTE and then 2 coats of SOLVER PRIMER. Then 2-3 coats of VENOX SUPER antifouling always respecting the recommended overcoating times between layers p>

Fiberglass (boats in gelcoat).Apply 1 coat of UNIFIBER PRIMER and then 2-3 coats of antifouling to VENOX SUPER, always respecting the recoating times recommended between coats.

Helmets already painted.The helmets must be clean, free of scale, and washed with fresh water and sanded (for sanding the antifouling the use of wet paper and a mask and glasses to avoid dust is recommended). Apply over the old antifouling (especially if it is a natural unknown) a layer of intermediate SOLVER PRIMER, followed by 2 coats of VENOX SUPER antifouling, always respecting the overcoating times between coats.
