How to use
GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS:
Stir well in the container, preferably by mechanical process. Surfaces to be painted must be clean, dry and 2 consistent.
UNPREPARED SURFACES:
Steel: deoxidize by abrasive blasting to grade Sa 2½ of the ISO 8501-1 standard or manual or mechanical cleaning to grade ST3 of the same standard. Degrease and remove dust and rust residues. Apply the necessary layers of SR SX100 Synthetic Primer up to the recommended thickness. Finally, apply the finishing coats according to specifications. Other Supports: Consult.
MAINTENANCE OF ALREADY PAINTED SURFACES IN BAD CONDITION:
In the case of poorly adhered systems, and / or with the presence of rust, remove by abrasive blasting to grade Sa 2½ of the ISO 8501-2 standard or manual or mechanical cleaning to grade ST 3 of the same standard. Then patch with SR SX100 Synthetic Primer, preferably by brush. Apply a general coat of the same primer and then apply the finish as specified. If the poorly adhered surface is extensive, remove completely and proceed as with unprepared surfaces.
