Description

High quality polyester putty reinforced with fiberglass, intended for vehicle repairs. Recommended for filling large cracks and holes in vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers.

Characteristics

Applications

Polyester construction putty, especially recommended for filling large dents and holes in the body. It can be applied on:

- Steel and aluminum, after matting and degreasing.

- Zinc plated steel after matting and degreasing.

- Polyester laminates (GFK / GRP), polyester putties, acrylic and epoxy fillers.

- Existing layers in good condition.

Mixing ratio (by weight): Putty 100, hardener 2. Mix well until the paste is uniform in color. Stir carefully so as not to incorporate air.

Layer thickness: The putty can be applied in several thin layers. Before applying the next coat, the previous one must be hardened. Do not exceed the total thickness of 5 mm.

Pot life of the mixture: 4-5 minutes at 20ºC.

Drying time: 16-18 minutes at 20 ° C. The temperature below 20 ° C significantly reduces the hardening time of the product.

Sanding: Undercut sanding, P80-P120.
