URKI PLAST
Description
Spray paint specially formulated for retouching vehicle bumpers. It has a finish that resembles the original ones. Its use as an anchoring primer for plastics with excellent adhesion is feasible. To achieve different textures, the nozzles can be exchanged, as well as moving the painting distance more or less away. The VOC content is 840 g/l (2004/42/EC) IIB (E) (840)
Surface Preparation
- Remove surface with soap and water; once dry, degrease with Solvent nº 94.
- For difficult-to-adhere plastics, Adhesion Promoter Spray for Plastics can be previously used.
- Do not apply on Synthetic Enamels (alkyd base).
Application mode
- Shake the container for about 2-3 minutes before using Urki-Plast Spray.
- Apply in 2-3 hands, depending on the texture, leaving 5 - 10 min. between layers.
- After use, invert the container and clean the valve.
- Painting distance: 20 - 30 cms.
- Drying time: 30 min.

Description
Adhesion promoter for a wide variety of plastic parts in the automotive sector. garden furniture or otother hard plastic objects. Applicable on the following types: PP, PUR, PS, PA, PP-EPDM, ABS, PVC, GRP, PC. It is suitable for the application of patches and/or small surfaces. It is very easy to apply and allows a high adhesion power on the indicated substrates. The VOC content is 754 g/l (2004/42/EC) IIB (E) (840).
Surface Preparation
Remove dirt with soap and water; Once the surface to be painted is dry, degrease with Solvent No. 94. If the surface of the plastic is not uniform, it is recommended to heat the piece to make it easier for any release agent residue to emerge on the surface and to obtain a good cleaning of it. If necessary, sand with 600 grit sandpaper and degrease to remove dust.
Application mode
Shake the container for about 2-3 minutes before using Adhesion Promoter Spray. Apply in 1-2 thin hands. After use, invert the container and clean the valve. Graffiti distance: 20 - 30 cms. Drying time: 5 min.
