Surface treatment
General recommendations:Stir in the package. The surfaces should be degreased, dry and free of dirt loose rust, and colamine. By the characteristics of the product (metal particle) the application roller or spray is recommended. In application roller comb always in the same direction to avoid metallic marks.
Surfaces not prepared:
-Steel:It can be applied directly without primer. If the surface is rust, sand lightly to roughen the substrate, eliminating the friable oxide. Medium corrosion environments should be sanded steel to grade ST 3 of the UNE EN ISO 8501-1. Under these conditions a minimum thickness of 120 microns is required. Preferably, in these environments, previously applied or Minium Multipurpose Synthetic Preparation Titanlux.
-Galvanizing, zinc, brassLijar to refine and apply Multipurpose Preparation.
-Wood:TITAN sealing or PREPARATIONSn Multi.
-Other Media:consult.
Maintenance painted surfaces in poor condition:Remove with emery cloth or wire brush rust and poorly adhering paint coatings. To finish application, proceed as unprepared surfaces.
