Description

3M 80349 Extra Fine Grinder has been developed specifically for modern scratch resistant paints to give a relatively high breaking attached to a high gloss. This product is also useful in standard paints.

To use both repainted and original paintings, eliminates sanding scratches that have been produced to eliminate other flaws such as dust spots or orange peel.

It also serves as an alternative to the compound of brightening Perfect-it III, after using a chemical with greater power cut (Polish 3M Fast Cut Plus), to restore the shine.

Instructions for use

1. Shake the bottle before use is not necessary but favors dispensing the product. Li>
2. Defects sanding with sanding disks Hookit 3M 260L P1500.
3. Reduce scratches produced by sanding with Trizact discs. In paints with high scratch resistance sanding it is necessary for longer with the Trizact discs in standard paints.
4. Extra Fine apply desbastador using a buffing and polishing wool beret 01927. Use enough product and not spend beret dry.
5. Check if all stripes have disappeared, using cleaner 08631 3M crystals.
6. If you are still visible sanding scratches repeat step 4.
7. If all stripes have disappeared change beret beret 01927 by 09550 and apply desbastador polished Extra Fine. Polished to a high gloss by applying a higher initial pressure at the beginning and decreasing the pressure as the roughing Extra Fine dries.
8. Remove any product residue with microfibre cloth.
9. If we spotted adjacent panels and plastic / rubber clean with a damp cloth.
