Product description

Repairing paste to the use of very easy application, fast and light, suitable for indoor and outdoor.

Technical data

• Appearance: Pine, oak, beech, teak, walnut, cherry, wenge or sapelly paste.
• Viscosity: Thixotropic consistency.
• Density (23ºC): 0.42 ± 0.05 gr / cm3

Main applications

LITEPLAST wood is a putty prepared to repair and fill cracks, holes, cracks or knots in all kinds of pieces or wooden boards.

Properties

LITEPLAST wood is a very light, quick drying product that does not pick up, does not crack or shrink when drying. It can be used outdoors due to its good resistance to water.

Indications of use

Prepare surfaces by removing dust and loose particles. Lightly moisten the substrate to be repaired.

Apply LITEPLAST wood with a flexible spatula. Press and smooth the surface by wetting the spatula in water to obtain a good final finish. Once the product is completely dry it can be sanded.

LITEPLAST wood can be painted or varnished after one hour of application.

In case the product in the tub is too dry, add a small amount of water and homogenize well to give the proper consistency.

Storage

Store the product for 24 months in its hermetically sealed containers, at temperatures between 5 and 30ºC.

Cleaning

The work tools can be cleaned with warm water while the product is still fresh.
