Description

Rotularte is a polyurethane-acrylic enamel shiny two component non-yellowing water and also has excellent resistance. Topcoat of excellent quality that creates boards for dry markers.

How to use Rotularte Kit

Three passes of Rotularte is recommended with a minimum interval of 2 hours and up to 24 hours. From 6 hours it is necessary to sand (grain 180) between layers.

Steps to follow:

1. Clean the surface from grease, dust, loose particles that may hinder the accession of ROTULARTE.

2. Prpteger Annexes to the surface to be painted with plastic and masking tape coverlet elements.

3. Apply a coat of our FIXER ROTULARTE on the wall to improve the adhesion of the system. On other surfaces such as wood, iron, etc. consult adequately prepared.

4. Let dry for 2 hours.

5. ROTULARTE isa product of two components, the estimated life time is 4 hours depending on temperature, so it is not recommended to mix the content at once. Therefore, in a measuring kit 100 ml beaker it supplied. The mixing ratio is 4 to 1, ie, every 4 ROTULARTE paint vessels, 1 cup catalyst. Stir the contents until smooth.

6. Pour the resulting mixture into the applicator tray.

7. Apply a first coat of paint roller ROTULARTE.

8. Let dry for at least 2 hours. From 6 hours sanding is needed.

9. Apply a second coat, it can be applied without sanding if this step is performed before 6 hours. From 6 hours it is necessary to gently sand the surface with 180 grit sandpaper and wipe off the wall.
