Send conditions

  • Delivery times range from 24 and 72 hours at the customer's choice. If an incident occurs is caused by the transport company, we cannot guarantee these delivery times, but we can offer the customer an alternative solution to their liking. In rural populations far from urban centers it is not possible to guarantee in any case delivery within 24 hours.
  • It is not possible to determine a fixed delivery time and make a prediction of the exact time in which the delivery person will deliver the order.
  • Shipping is guaranteed under the conditions chosen by the customer when ordering as long as it is done before 4 pm and the product is in stock. After this time, one more day will be counted since the transport agency will have already collected the packages for that day.
  • Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, and the case of stock breaks in the warehouse may occur, in which case the customer will be notified of the new delivery period. In orders that include several items, a single shipment will be made and the delivery time will correspond to the item whose delivery time is longer.
  • The client must review the order as soon as possible to verify that everything he has ordered is included. If you are not satisfied with what you have received, you must notify BRICO-PINTURAS DAMI as soon as possible. An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer.
  • If for any reason there is a delay in the shipment, we will notify youThe delivery period will not exceed 10 days. If you do not agree with the new delivery period, you can request a refund of the full amount paid without any type of penalty.

  • In case of receiving a product damaged by transport, it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the incident to the transport company. If large flaws are observed in the package when it is delivered or paint stains, it is advisable not to accept the package and notify us of this decision as soon as possible so that we can re-send your order and that it reaches you in perfect condition as soon as possible.   • Shipping costs are easily calculable, you just have to add the products to the cart and when you enter the delivery address, you can choose between several shipping methods according to province or iEven Country. Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the cart and the destination.
  • Shipping costs will be free from € 90 of order (taxes included) without counting the postage. This condition will only be applicable to any destination that is within Peninsular Spain. For other destinations, shipping costs will always be applicable unless agreed between the parties.

For sale in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

All sales made in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered as exports, so when a customer from these destinations completes their file and adds their address, VAT will automatically be eliminated from all products.

Currently of these three destinations we only ship to the Canary Islands for logistical reasons, and the price of the postage will depend on the destination Island. The shipment will be made by ship because there are many products that due to their dangerous condition cannot travel by plane and it will take between 10 and 15 calendar days. Shipments will be made in condition "T2LF Expedition without export DUA" as long as the conditions are met, but upon arrival at the destination, the client assumes the additional expenses that may be charged at customs such as the import DUA or the Canary Islands tax (IGIG ).

Shipping methods

The shipment of our merchandise is carried out through several express and non-urgent transport agencies or through ADR transport for some of our products. BRICO-PINTURAS DAMI reserves the right to modify the type of shipment as long as the product cannot be sent by the indicated agency either due to dangerous conditions or due to size or weight. BRICO-PINTURAS DAMI will communicate this decision, if it occurs, to the client by email.   • CORREOS PAQ72 HOME: Delivery service in 48/72 hours at home according to destination through the public company Correos.
  • MAIL PAQ72 OFFICE: Delivery service in 48/72 hours at the post office closest to the address provided by the client.
  • TIPSA24: 24 hour delivery service. Delivery is guaranteed before 2:00 p.m. the next day as long as the order is confirmed before 4:00 p.m.

Currently we only ship to the Canary Islands. Transportation is done by boat. As soon as you register withyour address in the Canary Islands, VAT is no longer applied to prices.

  • Canarias Marítimo: Delivery between 10 and 12 days from the order.


All shipments to any country in Europe that are in the list of addresses will be made through the GLS company and the transit time will be between 4 and 7 business days from the date of placing the order.


You have 14 days to return a product from the moment you receive it at your home address. To do this, send an email to [email protected] with the information related to the order indicating the products you want to return and the reason. You must include the attached withdrawal form .

Once we receive the product / s, we will refund the money according to the payment method you have used:

  • If you paid by card , the credit will be made to your account within 48 to 72 hours.
