WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?
In BRICO-PINTURAS DAMI you can return any product of any commercial brand except those personalized products or those manufactured according to the consumer's specifications.
Products purchased in a pack must be returned with the complete pack. Returns of partial packs will not be accepted.
Nor will returns of the following products be accepted, as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws :
- The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment on their part that they are aware that, once the contract has been completely executed by the entrepreneur, you will have lost your right of withdrawal.
- The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control and that may occur during the period dand withdrawal.
- The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, such as computers configured on demand.
- The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
- The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery (eg products and kitchen machines and the like).
- The supply of goods that after delivery and taking into account their nature have been inextricably mixed with other goods.
- The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
- The supply of digital content that is not provided on a material support when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on their part that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.
How long do I have to return my product?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you have a period of fourteen business days, counting from the date of delivery of the product, to communicatehave the desire to return it. Before making said return, the client must contact BRICO-PINTURAS DAMI within the indicated period through the email firstname.lastname@example.org where the return process will be indicated. Any return without this prior communication will not be received by BRICO-PINTURAS DAMI .
Once the return form has been completed and sent, you will receive the instructions so that you can send it to our facilities by email. You must send the goods without any delay, within a maximum period of 30 days from when you notify us of your desire to exercise the right.
The total amount of the refund for a product or products will be that corresponding to the final price that was paid for that product or products, counting on the discounts already applied and including the corresponding value added tax (VAT). Shipping costs originally paid will also be returned to you.
Once the merchandise has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed. We will refund the payment received, including the delivery cost with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the less expensive ordinary delivery method that we offer. We will make the payment within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from when you exercise your right of withdrawal. Until we have received the goods we can withhold the refund.
Where and how do I send my return?
The products that are returned must be sent to our headquarters at Ctra. Elche-Santa Pola, 5 de Santa Pola (Alicante), CP 03130. We remind you that we are not responsible for packages that do not arrive due to loss or other reasons, So we advise you to use certified mail or some type of courier that can certify the delivery of the package. In order to accept the return, the product must be in perfect condition, including all the documentation that accompanies the product as well as its accessories. The client must carry out a correct packaging that ensures its transport without damage. Once received and verified by our staff that the product is in the same state in which it was sent, the amount will be reimbursed according to the payment method made by the customer.
The transport costs originated by the return will be charged toyour position. You are free to choose and look for the agency that best suits your needs or offers you the most competitive rates.
Changes in products
If you want to change a product, you must notify us by email at the address email@example.com within fourteen business days from receipt of the product. In this case, the customer must package the product in conditions that ensure transport without damage. BRICO-PINTURAS DAMI upon payment of the new product plus the corresponding shipping costs, will send the new product and collect the old one when at the time of delivery. The return shipping costs will be borne by BRICO-PINTURAS DAMI . When the package arrives at our headquarters and it is verified that the product is in perfect condition, the money paid for the product or products will be returned, including discounts and taxes, by the same method with which the payment was initially made.
Returns on Sale
During the Sales period the dev policyThe solution will be exactly the same as the normal period.
Once the period of fourteen business days is over, returns will be accepted as long as the product is in good condition. In this case, the amount will not be refunded through the payment method with which the product was purchased, but a voucher with said amount will be provided for subsequent purchases in our online store. The return conditions will be the same as those mentioned in the previous sections.
