WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?
In BRICO-PINTURAS DAMI, you can return any product of any commercial brand, except for those products that are customized or manufactured according to the consumer's specifications.
The products that are purchased in a pack must be returned with the complete pack. No returns of partial packs will be accepted.
Neither will returns of the following products be accepted, as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws :
- The provision of services, once the service has been completely executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment on his part that he is aware that, once the contract has been Completely executed by the employer, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.
- The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the employer can not control and which may occur during the withdrawal period.
- The supply of goods confectionaccording to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, such as computers configured on demand.
- The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
- The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery (eg products and kitchen robots and the like).
- The supply of goods that after their delivery and taking into account their nature have been mixed indissociably with other goods.
- The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or of sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
- The supply of digital content that is not provided in a material medium when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal as a result.
How much time do I have to return my product?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you have a period of fourteen working days, from the date of delivery of the product to communicate the desire to return it. Before making said returnThe client must contact BRICO-PINTURAS DAMI within the indicated period through the email email@example.com where the return process will be indicated. Any return without this prior communication will not be received by BRICO-PINTURAS DAMI.
Once filled out and sent the return form, you will receive the instructions so that you can send it to our facilities in your email. You must send the goods without any delay, within a maximum period of 30 days after you inform us of your desire to exercise the right.
The total amount of the reimbursement for a product or products will be that corresponding to the final price that was paid for that product or products, counting on the discounts already applied and including the corresponding value added tax (VAT). Shipping costs paid originally will also be returned.
Once the merchandise has been received and verified that it is in perfect conditions, the refund of the amount will be processed. We will refund the payment received, including the delivery cost with the exception of the additional expenses resulting from the choice by you of a different mode of delivery to the less expensive mode of ordinary delivery that we offer. Where and how do I send my return?
The products that are returned must be sent to our headquarters in C / Argel, 3 Santa Pola (Alicante), CP 03130. We remind you that we are not responsible for packages that do not reach us for loss or other reasons, so we We advise you to use certified mail or some type of courier that can certify the delivery of the package. To be able to accept the return, the product must be in perfect condition, including all the documentation that accompanies the product as well as its accessories. The customer must make a proper packaging to ensure transport without damage. Once received and checked by our staff that the product is in the same state in which it was sent, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made by the customer.
The transportation costs originated by the return will be at your expense. You are free to choose and look for the agency that best suits your needs or offer you the most competitive rates.
Changes in products
If you want to change a product, you must notify by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within fourteen working days of receiving the product. In that case, the customer must package the product under conditions that ensure a transport without damage. BRICO-PINTURAS DAMI upon payment of the new product plus the corresponding shipping costs, will send the new product and will pick up the old one when at the time of delivery. The shipping costs of the return will be borne by BRICO-PINTURAS DAMI. When the package arrives at our head office and it is verified that the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed to return the money paid for the product or products including discounts and taxes by the same method with which the payment was initially made.
Returns on Sale
During the Discount period the return policy will be exactly the same as the normal period.
Once the period of fourteen working days has ended, returns will be accepted as long as the product is in good condition. In this case the amount will not be refunded by the payment method with which the product was purchased, but a voucher with that amount will be provided for subsequent purchases in our online store. The conditions of return will be the same as those mentioned in the previous sections.
