Use

1. Preparation of the surface strong>

The adhesive has adhesion to typical building materials, such as: cellular concrete, hollow ceramic block, brick, concrete, polystyrene, wood, OSB, plasterboard, mineral wool, aluminum, plaster.

• The substrate must be stable, dry and free of dust and grease.
• If the surface to be bonded has a hydrophobic coating or is covered with a film, it is necessary to rub the surface with sandpaper to improve adhesion.

2. Preparation of the product strong>

• If a boat is too cold, it will have to be attained at an ambient temperature. For example, by immersing it in warm water at 30 ° C or leaving it at room temperature for at least 24 hours.h.
• The temperature of the applicator can not be lower than the temperature of the can.

3. Application strong>

• Wear protective gloves
• Shake the can (10-20 seconds, with the valve upside down) to thoroughly mix the components. li>
• Screw the can onto the applicator.

• Apply the adhesive along the surface maintaining a distance of 2-3 cm from the edge of the element.

Apply the adhesive on the substrate, with nozzle diameter of 2-3 cm (diameter of the nozzle depends on the uniformity of the substrate). Wait 1 minute. After the application, join the elements. It is recommended to use mechanical connectors and distances. Full cure time 24 h. Once fully cured, the adhesive is easy to cut, sand, coat or paint. Protect against UV with eg. Plaster, paint.

Gypsum Board (Dry Wall), OSB (oriented fiber board)

4. Jobs after completing the application
