Interior employment - exterior
As a primer for supports that present problems of adhesion of the pinutra (pearlite, concrete, plaster, cement, fiber cement, brick), or that need fixation (tempering, lime, caulked or poorly consolidated paints). As an odorless water-based varnish for protection of mineral surfaces.
Surface preparation h3>
On all types of support:
In case of contamination by mold, fungus, algae and other parasitic elements, proceed as follows:
1.- Wash with a 10% solution of water and bleach.
2.- Rinse with water.
3.-Allow to dry completely before beginning to paint.
4.- Apply a primer. p>
5.- Use products that prevent the formation of mold. p>
In case of presence of saline efflorescence (saltpeter):
1.- Brush and wash with a solution of 10% HCl or zinc sulfate p>
2.- Rinse with water.
3.- Let dry completely before beginning to paint.
These operations must be carried out observing the corresponding safety measures.
Application mode h3>
Brush, roller or gun. Pneumatic equipment Remove the contents of the container until it is perfectly homogenized.
The surfaces to be painted must be clean, free of dust, grease, saltpeter, etc. If it was previously painted, take care that the previous painting is in good condition and well adhered p>
Do not apply on substrates with Tª lower than 5ºC, nor excessively hot. The temperature of the support must be at least 3 ° C above the dew point. The relative humidity should not exceed 80%.
Do not apply with risk of rain or strong wind.
In case ofused as a varnish, and depending on the porosity of the support, can be diluted with water, can reach up to 50% and get the desired texture and effect p>
To improve the penetrability and effectiveness, 1 part of Lime Fixer mixed with 4 parts of water should be used.
This mixture can be made in both weight and volume.
Once diluted with water, it is necessary to consume it completely. p>
