Modeof employment

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS:

The surface must be sanded, clean, dry and free of salt (wash it). Do not varnish in full sun, nor with dew. 2 Hardwoods (Teak, Iroco, Tropical Woods, etc.) and resinous woods (Melis, pine, etc.): Thoroughly washed with TITAN Yacht Diluent (to remove the resin). Dilute the first layer with 10% TITAN Yate Diluent. Wait 24 hours to observe possible resin oozing and drying delay of the varnish. If it occurs, proceed to wash again with TITAN Yacht Diluent. Sand between layer and layer. Finish with 2 - 3 coats of Polyurethane Varnish + Acrylic TITAN Yacht, as is.

SURFACES NOT PREPARED:

Dilute the first layer with 20 - 30% of TITAN Yate Diluent. Sand between layer and layer. Finish with 2 - 3 coats of Polyurethane Varnish + Acrylic TITAN Yacht p>

MAINTENANCE OF PAINTED SURFACES IN GOOD CONDITION:

Completely remove cracked or detached varnish. Sand the old varnish well adhered until shading; and apply 2 - 3 coats of Polyurethane Varnish + Acrylic TITAN Yacht, as is. p>

MAINTENANCE OF PAINTED SURFACES IN POOR CONDITION:

Remove the coating in poor condition until a solid wood surface is obtained through sandpaper, brush or TITAN Plus Paint remover and proceed as in unprepared surfaces p>
