Primer glass-sheet (Moons) URKI-SEAL 4020 BESA

Description

URKISEAL 4020 is a black primer that transforms into a hard and opaque film once dry. It facilitates the adhesion of the Polyurethane Sealants and is usable on different substrates: glass, aluminum, concrete, wood and plastic. It can also be used as a barrier between sealant and paint to avoid migration of plasticizers.

Surface Preparation

The surfaces to be primed must be clean, dry, free of dust and grease. Cleaning can be done with URKISOL 88 depending on the sensitivity of the substrate to be painted. (Check the compatibility of the solvent used with the substrates).

Application mode

(Between 5ºC and 40ºC)

Shake before using for a good homogenization.

Apply with a brush or swab with a fluid motion.

Reacts and hardens with environmental humidity after evaporationof solvents.

Once used, close the container again.

Drying time: 10 - 15 min.

Characteristics of the dry film

Repaintability: After dry, apply URKISEAL 4000 within 1 hour. p>

Storage

Keep under cover in a cool and ventilated place, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight. We advise temperatures between 5 and 25 ºC. Reacts with the humidity of the air. Duration in the package: 12 months from its manufacture in the original unopened package. After this time consult with n / Dept. of Technical. Do not open the container until the moment of use and do not use it after 24 hours since it has been opened.
