Fluorescent RAL color codes 1026, 2005, 2007, 3024, 3026 and 6038 cannot be manufactured on this product, you must select the equivalent fluorescent product.

Description

Matt, opaque solvent-based acrylic enamel, with very good coverage and easy application, can be covered with a two-layer varnish. Available in all the colors of the RAL chart, including metallic. Intended for both body repair and construction (cabins, cars, etc.). It can be oven dried and at room temperature. To be used every time the user searches for an application of several tones for the same job.

Once the bilayer enamel has dried for 25-30 minutes, it should be covered with a 2-component bilayer varnish if an optimal finish is sought or with a spray bilayer varnish.

How do I select the color?

1.- The first thing you have to do is download the RAL chart (DOWNLOAD tab a little higher) to see what color you like. Keep in mind that the colors are better appreciated in a real letter, so if you have one much better. The RAL letter is the most extensive of all and you can find it in any paint or hardware store.

2.- Once you have chosen the color, write it in the corresponding field above. For example, RAL 1001. There are colors that are not available from the RAL chart, they are the3024, 3026, 6037, 6038 and the fluorescent ones.

3.- To finish, add the product to the cart and you already have it. You can check in the cart that your product and the selected color are included.

Technical characteristics

- Number of layers: 2 or 3 at intervals of 10 - 15 minutes.

- Repainting with Bicapa Varnish: after 25 - 30 minutes and before 24 hours.

Spray Varnish C496 2k

High gloss transparent varnish with excellent application and fast drying. Suitable for all high-quality finishes. It ensures a long-lasting shine and offers excellent resistance to extreme atmospheric conditions.

Application Method

Allow to dry 30 minutes after applying the color before applying the varnish. Apply two to three wet coats with a 5-10 minute wait between coats. Each layer should be wet and shiny, but not in a dripping state. In case of light dirt or dust embedded in the clear coat it can be lightly wet sanded using P1500 grit paper. Take care not to apply wax in the next 30 days.

Description

High quality anticorrosive primer with ideal adhesion on new OEM panels (E-COAT). The good absorption of the spray guarantees excellent results. It is an ideal product for metallic surfaces due to its poweranticorrosive. Overpaintable with any 2-component product. Dries in 10 minutes.

Application Method

Apply two to three medium coats as necessary to cover the area with a wait of 10-12 minutes between each coat. Each coat should appear even and dry. Sand lightly with wet sandpaper before applying the color coat using P400 grit paper.
